Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kingen Home! We are dedicated to delivering our eco-friendly products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship directly from our warehouse in Chino, California.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $30.00 USD within the contiguous United States.

3. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories
Currently, our Free Shipping offer applies only to the 48 contiguous states.
Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination. We strive to keep these costs as low as possible, but due to carrier rates, surcharges may apply.

4. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We utilize carriers (such as USPS/UPS) that may ship to P.O. Boxes. However, for faster and more reliable service, we recommend using a physical street address.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kingen Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages
Kingen Home is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
